Get ready to learn, play, create, and go places. We are very excited to introduce you to our weekly summer day camp programs. Our primary goal is to provide a safe and fun environment for all our participants. Together we unplug, play, swim, keep active, make friends, and expand our abilities; we become more confident, resilient, and independent!Note: This page contains information on the day-to-day operations of camp. During camp hours, our staff will be responsible for keeping the following areas safe and secure. Campers are limited to designated areas and are not permitted in any space without their counselor. Campers who breach these boundaries will be disciplined according to our Rules and Disciplinary Policy. Areas included for our use are the playgrounds, MS Multipurpose Field, Holman Baseball Field, Capano Field, Moulton Baseball Field, HS Tennis Courts, Nature Land, inside and outside the Middle School / Pond Cove, the Community Center, and the pool.

Drop Off
- There is no supervision provided before or following camp hours unless pre-registered for Before or After Care.
- There will be no bussing to and from camp.
- We will be staggering arrival / drop off times and plan to limit direct contact with parents as much as possible.
Little Cubs (Ages 3-5): 8:30 (campers whose last name begins with A thru J) and 8:45 (campers whose last name begins with K thru Z) at the Cape Care playground by the High School.
Adventure Camp:
- 8:30am Drop Off for 4th and 5th Graders
- 8:45am Drop Off for 2nd and 3rd Graders
- 9:00am Drop off for 1st Graders
Teen Scene: 8:30am - 8:45am at the Middle School Staff parking lot off of Scott Dyer Road near the 30s building (see map).
Before Care: 7:15am - 8:30am at Community Center for those that pre-register. Preschool through 6th grade at Community Center.
Pick Up

Little Cubs: 3:00pm Pick Up at the back of the CECS Main Office.
Adventure Camp:
- 3:00pm Pick Up for 4th and 5th Graders in the Pond Cove Parent Pick Up Circle
- 3:00pm Pick Up for 2nd and 3rd Graders same spot as drop off (middle school parking lot outside the tech wing)
- 3:00pm Pick Up for 1st Graders in the PC/MS Bus Circle (enter from the High School)
Teen Scene: 3:00pm Pick Up in the Middle School Staff Parking lot off of Scott Dyer Road near the 30s Building (same spot at drop off).
Before Care: 3:00pm - 5:30pm at Community Center for those that pre-register. Preschool through 6th grade at Community Center.
We encourage all parents to remain in their vehicles at pick up, we will bring your child to you when you arrive.

Any additional information or changes in our daily schedule will be emailed to you and posted on our website at www.capecommunityservices.org. If you need to speak to your camper or have a change in your camper's daily schedule please call the appropriate phone number from the Contact Us page. Any and all other camp related questions, payments, cancellations, etc. may be directed to Community Services at 799-2868. Summer Hours are June 21 - August 27, 7:30 am - 3:30 pm.Medications
A Medication Distribution form must be completed for any prescription and nonprescription medication(s) we need to administer to your child during camp hours. Medications should be clearly labeled in its original container, inside a ziplock bag, with the child's name on it, and left at the camp desk with a camp administrator. Staff and counselors are CPR certified, equipped with walkie talkie and first aid kit to treat any minor accident. Parents will be contacted immediately if a doctor's attention is required. If immediate medical care is necessary, an ambulance will be called first and then the parents. If the parents are unable to accompany the child to the nearest emergency room, they will be accompanied by a staff person.Theme Days
Staff, counselors, and campers all participate in theme days! They are what make camp special -- they encourage a camp spirit, generate excitement, and offer campers something to look forward to. Snack Bar
Unfortunately, there will be no snack bar this summer due to CDC guidelines.Late Fees
Pick-up from camp is promptly at 3:00 pm. Please call us if you know you are running more than 10 minutes late. After 3:15 pm a late fee will be charged, unless your child is registered for after care.- 15 minutes $25 late fee.
- 16 - 30 minutes $30 late fee.
- Over 31 minutes $40 late fee.
